Exigible liability

Set of company resources that appear on the liabilities side of its balance sheet, made up of all obligations or debts with third parties, that is, those that the company has contracted with persons other than its own shareholders (for example, with financial entities or suppliers). External funds (exigible liability) complement equity as a source of financing and are prioritized in the liquidation of the company’s assets.
